djwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and djwin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the djwin platform at djwin.io, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a djwin account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

djwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Access to the platform may be suspended pending verification.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register a djwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using djwin. For adults aged 21 and above, use of the platform is permitted subject to these Terms.
• Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts across different devices, mobile numbers, bKash/Nagad wallets, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited.
• Payment Ownership: All payment methods linked to your djwin account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

djwin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Accounts found to have been registered with false information are subject to immediate suspension and all associated funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

Once your djwin account is active, the following account management rules apply at all times:

• Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username and password. djwin will never request your password via email, live chat, or phone.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify djwin support immediately at [email protected]. djwin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain credential security.
• Account Verification (KYC): djwin conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of our anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of your payment method before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Outstanding bonus funds at the time of closure are non-withdrawable unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. djwin reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after providing reasonable notice.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: djwin accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in the account holder's own name. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible;
• Withdrawals associated with active bonus funds will be held until wagering requirements are met;
• djwin targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, with bKash and Nagad payouts typically completing within a few hours of processing;
• djwin reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

Currency: All transactions on djwin are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not supported. Players must fund their accounts in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

djwin offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and tournament-specific incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough" or "rollover" requirement) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players who are 21 years of age or older. djwin reserves the right to exclude certain player segments from specific promotions.
• Single Bonus: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from credit unless otherwise stated) will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate. Contribution rates are published on the Promotions page.
• Abuse: djwin reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules govern all sports betting and virtual sports activities on djwin:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. djwin reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion without providing a reason.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to bet confirmation.
• In-Play Betting: During live in-play events, odds may fluctuate rapidly. djwin may suspend in-play markets at any time, including during critical match moments. Bets already confirmed prior to a suspension are honoured.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, duplicate bet submissions, or evidence of match-fixing. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
• Cricket Betting: Cricket match betting on the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals is subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or BCCI). In the event of a weather interruption, the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable.
• Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of the relevant event. Settlement times may vary for certain markets.

7 Casino Games

Casino games available on djwin — including slots, live dealer tables, table games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following rules apply:

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and randomness.
• Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Players are bound by the rules of each individual game as displayed in the game interface. Technical disconnections during a live game hand or spin do not entitle the player to a refund of the wagered amount unless a system error on djwin's part caused the disconnection.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, djwin reserves the right to void all affected game rounds. Where a malfunction cannot be clearly attributed to a specific game round, winnings from affected sessions may be reviewed and adjusted at the discretion of djwin's technical team.
• Return to Player (RTP): Indicative RTP figures for slot games are published by game providers. Actual RTP experienced by individual players will vary based on session length, volatility, and statistical variance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on djwin and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, or device;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes for guaranteed or near-guaranteed profit;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or terrorist financing;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or causes harm to other users;
• Allowing any third party to use your djwin account or placing bets on behalf of another person.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the djwin platform — including but not limited to the djwin brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of djwin or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from djwin:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any djwin content;
• Using djwin's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly permitted;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any djwin software;
• Creating derivative works based on djwin's proprietary content or platform.

10 Privacy & Data

djwin collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at djwin.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is used for account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and customer support;
• Payment data is processed securely and is never stored in plain text;
• djwin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, djwin shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from gambling activity on the platform, including but not limited to losses from sports betting, casino games, or any other wagering product;
• Losses caused by technical interruptions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from a player's failure to secure their account credentials;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, even if djwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

djwin's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

djwin is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players to support healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via the account settings panel;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts that notify you when a pre-set time period has elapsed;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the djwin platform by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

13 Amendments to These Terms

djwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the djwin platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to djwin's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the djwin platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
